Matt has demonstrated experience in several practice areas over the past 10 years and focuses on providing strategic and pragmatic advice in relation to enterprise agreements, employee misconduct, performance management, ill and injured workers, dismissals, industrial disputes, work health and safety, contracts, policies and compliance with workplace laws and instruments. He has represented employers and insurers in a variety of workplace claims, including unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, wages and contractual claims. He also has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations and workplace training.

Matt is personable and builds long-term relationships with clients by going above and beyond.  He is a trusted legal representative in a range of industries including government, aviation, health, education, construction, transport, energy, manufacturing, banking and mining, as well as the not-for profit sector. He also conducts regular client training in each of those areas.

Matt’s focus is on providing commercial and practical legal assistance that satisfies client needs and expectations.
