Shelley is an experienced employment and industrial lawyer, and provides advice on all aspects of employment, industrial relations and discrimination law including advice and litigation. Shelley is passionate about helping clients find solutions to complex workplace challenges and opportunities.
She quickly gets to the core of the issue or dispute and provides advice that is tailored to the needs of her client’s business, including its commercial realities and strategies. When providing advice and representing her clients, she is pragmatic, strategic and thorough and focuses on achieving outcomes that are effective and time sensitive.
Shelley represents clients in the federal and state courts and tribunals and regularly appears in the Fair Work Commission on the full range of collective and individual matters. She also regularly presents seminars and training on a broad range of employment related issues including workplace investigations, preventing sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour in the workplace and bargaining.
Shelley offers clients innovative solutions, drawing on her unique experience having previously worked in-house, in private practice and the Federal Government.
