As a dedicated and highly experienced employment and industrial lawyer, Shelley specialises in all aspects of employment, industrial relations and discrimination law, including litigation, investigations and advice. In particular, she represents clients in the federal and state courts and tribunals, and regularly appears in the Fair Work Commission on the full range of collective and individual disputes. Shelley works hard to drive her clients’ litigation strategy and preferred outcomes. Shelley’s also an engaging presenter, regularly speaking at external seminars and training sessions to clients on topics including workplace law reform, workplace investigations, preventing sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour in the workplace, and bargaining.

Taking a strategic and pragmatic approach, Shelley consistently delivers effective and timely outcomes for her clients. Drawing from her diverse background in in-house roles, private practice, and within the Federal Government, Shelley offers innovative solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
