Our involvement in these complex, strategic matters includes the considered implementation and planning of negotiations, as well as the advocacy and advice around bargaining and scope disputes, and the handling of disputes in the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Court of Australia.
We also assist with bargaining strategies to formulate sensible, strategic and sustainable bargaining solutions and to defend or instigate litigation when it is required to meet these goals.
