Beth is committed to building long term, sustainable partnerships with clients and using the knowledge of a client’s business and objectives to provide bespoke, practical advice to workplace issues that is solutions focused and reflect a client’s values and risk appetite.

Beth is passionate about problem solving and this drives her to provide frank, fearless and outcomes based advice across the full spectrum of workplace, industrial and safety matters, from day to day assistance through to litigation.

Beth has deep experience in critical and complex incident and issue response and is a cool, experienced head in a crisis, guiding clients through all aspects of incident response including regulator, workforce and stakeholder management to internal and external communications management.

She believes in being responsive to client needs, accessible and providing advice which adds real and strategic value.
