Shannon’s experience encompasses strategic employment advice through to representation in large scale litigation. In an advisory role, she assists clients with all aspects of managing the employment relationship, from onboarding to termination. Her experience includes providing advice on unfair dismissal claims, general protection applications, employer/employee obligations, enterprise bargaining and industrial action. Shannon has significant experience in drafting and interpreting employment contracts, workplace polices and enterprise agreements. In litigious matters, she has appeared for clients before most state and federal courts and tribunals in matters as varied as individual workplace bullying complaints through to industrial action on some of Australia’s biggest resource projects.
