Emily is an experienced and passionate employment and industrial relations lawyer. Clients turn to Emily for her ability to simplify complex issues and provide timely and pragmatic advice.

She values a client relationship in which she understands key stakeholder interests and the wider operational goals to ensure that her advice is commercial, practical and tailored to meet these interests and goals.

A skilled litigator, Emily will partner with clients through a full range of contested matters including industrial action and disputes, restraint of trade and breach of contract claims, and discrimination, unfair dismissal, general protections, and anti-bullying applications. She is also able to advise and assist in all aspects of employment and industrial law including day-to-day human resources issues such as employment entitlements, workplace grievances, policy and procedure compliance, managing ill and injured employees, recruitment and termination.
