James has more than 12 years of experience in employment law and is a senior member of the Kingston Reid team. He has outstanding expertise, especially in workplace relations such as enterprise bargaining and industrial relations strategies, workforce planning and resolving individual and collective workplace conflicts. He is also an excellent trainer, delivering informative sessions to clients on discrimination & bullying, performance management and managing individual performance issues.

James achieves successful results for his clients by using his strong industry knowledge and having a solutions-oriented approach. His pragmatic approach to client communication is highly effective, and he helps make complex issues understandable and easy to deal with, ensuring his clients can make confident and informed decisions.
