Workplace Relations

Workplace (industrial) relations is in our DNA. We regularly help our clients design and implement significant commercial and operational reforms through progressive enterprise agreements, workplace reorganisation and structural change.

Contact Us

Our team members have been front-and-centre of some of our country’s most significant industrial disputes, standing side-by-side with clients as they’ve dealt with the most sensitive and industrially difficult matters.

Much of our core business is being involved with the successful negotiation and implementation of practical and sustainable enterprise agreements across a range of different types of workforces. We’ve been there to help clients achieve this across a broad range of industries, including government; construction; media; logistics; ports; resources; aviation; white collar services; health and aged care; banking; call centres; utilities, and many more. Our involvement in these complex, strategic matters includes the considered implementation and planning of negotiations, as well as the advocacy and advice around bargaining and scope disputes, and the handling of disputes in the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Court of Australia.

We also assist with bargaining strategies to formulate sensible, strategic and sustainable bargaining solutions and to defend or instigate litigation when it is required to meet these goals. We think outside of the square to achieve results which meet the operational and strategic needs of our clients.
