Marcus Topp is a talented employment lawyer with a diverse range of employment and administrative law litigation experience.

Marcus’ legal expertise focuses on industrial relations, general employment, and safety law.  He advises and represents corporate, non-profit and government clients in a broad range of industries including social and community services, government, building and construction, and financial services.

Reflective of his passion and interest in employment law issues affecting organisations in the healthcare sector, Marcus is a member of the Medico-Legal Society of Victoria.

Prior to joining Kingston Reid, Marcus was an Associate at the Fair Work Commission for Deputy President Colman.
