With extensive expertise as a litigator, Grace has had carriage of significant litigation before state and federal courts and commissions and has a proven track record of successfully managing evidence‑heavy cases. In addition to her litigation experience, Grace also has comprehensive experience advising clients on complex award proceedings, industrial disputes, discrimination claims, general protections claims, unfair dismissal and reinstatement applications, stop‑bullying matters, workplace investigations, and disciplinary processes.
