Alyce is an experienced industrial relations and employee relations lawyer, with a strong background practicing in both public and private sector organisations, as well as employer associations. Alyce has also worked as an Associate in the Fair Work Commission and brings a wealth of experience to Kingston Reid’s internal Knowledge team.

As Kingston Reid’s Knowledge Counsel, Alyce leverages her extensive legal knowledge and experience to enhance the Firm’s learning frameworks and to support the continuous development of our lawyers and our national practice. Alyce is committed to sharing insights and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, ensuring that our people and clients are equipped with the latest legislative developments and very best practice guidance.

Alyce has a particular interest in identifying tools and resources (including emerging tools which leverage generative AI technology) that enable the Firm’s partners and lawyers to work efficiently and effectively. Alyce is passionate about developing knowledge products to ensure our lawyers stay ahead of the curve and in turn, delight our clients every day.
