Senior Associate

Rebekah Glover is an employment lawyer with a demonstrated passion for employment and discrimination law.

Rebekah brings with her a wealth of experience in employment law. Rebekah has led workplace investigations, advised on workplace policies and enterprise agreement interpretation issues, led advocacy matters in the Fair Work Commission and assisted in enterprise bargaining negotiations.

Rebekah has also undertaken an array of litigious and transactional work, working with government, non-profit and corporate clients across industries in health, government, infrastructure, transport and social and community services.

Rebekah has experience acting in claims brought under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), responding to large-scale underpayment issues in the Federal Court of Australia, advising on discrimination law queries, and leading workplace investigations. In each of Rebekah’s matters, she prides herself on practical solutions and achieving successful outcomes by way of navigating the interests of all affected parties.

As a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria, the Darebin Council Gender Equity Advisory Committee and the Victorian Women Lawyers’ Law Reform Committee, Rebekah has a demonstrated passion and interest for both employment law and government issues and is an advocate for gender equality. Rebekah’s commitment to pro bono is demonstrated through her strong pro bono practice, in which she has assisted vulnerable workers in the sex industry, successfully defended several homeless clients in VCAT, and partnered with community legal centres to provide advice on employment and contractual issues.
