Specialising in strategic advice, complex workplace investigations, and employment disputes, Kat also has expertise in industrial relations strategy, enterprise bargaining, and corporate transactions.

With experience in-house at two of Australia’s largest employers, Kat provides straightforward, practical legal advice to successfully resolve employment and industrial relations issues for her clients. Regularly involved in court and tribunal proceedings, Kat also represents clients in unfair dismissals and industrial disputes in the Fair Work Commission, as well as state and federal discrimination claims and underpayment and accessorial liability claims in the Federal Court.
