Natasha is an experienced employment and workplace relations lawyer who advises clients in both the private and public sector across a number of industries such as mining, manufacturing, construction, beauty, real estate and healthcare. Natasha’s expertise covers a broad spectrum of employment law issues, including employment contracts, restructuring, performance and misconduct, management of ill and injured employees, interpretation of modern awards and enterprise agreements, workplace policies and procedures, discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying.
Natasha has represented her clients through litigation in various courts and tribunals, including the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. She is also an experienced investigator, having conducted both sensitive and complex workplace investigations.
