Executive Counsel – Knowledge

Jane is an experienced employment lawyer, having advised a range of Australian businesses across the full spectrum of human resources, workplace relations as well as work health and safety.

Since being admitted to practice, Jane has worked in both private practice and as in-house counsel, where she worked side-by-side with her internal clients to deliver technically sound, values driven and commercially aligned outcomes. Jane has a particular interest in workplace investigations, discrimination and employee litigation and has always enjoyed supporting clients to manage and respond to complex claims. Jane also enjoys delivering tailored workforce training programs targeting workplace behaviours and the improvement of psychosocial safety and organisational culture. 

As Kingston Reid’s Executive Counsel – Knowledge, Jane works closely with the Firm’s partners and lawyers to understand the issues that our clients are facing and the questions that may arise tomorrow, next week or next year. Jane is passionate about driving continuous learning and knowledge initiatives that maximise the benefit of Kingston Reid’s collective expertise for our lawyers and in turn, our clients, enabling them to think big and stay curious every day.
