With a strong background in defending litigious unfair dismissal, discrimination, and general protections applications in both state and federal courts and tribunals, Emily brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Beyond litigation, Emily provides comprehensive advice on all facets of employment and industrial law, including day-to-day human resources issues such as employment entitlements, workplace grievances, policy and procedure compliance, managing ill and injured employees, recruitment and termination.
