Bringing together leading voices from across the legal, regulatory and business landscape, this year’s Summit will unpack the most pressing workplace challenges facing employers, offering practical insights into key legal developments alongside broader economic and workplace trends, both in Australia and overseas.
2026 Agenda
An exclusive two‑day format, designed for depth and perspective, the Summit is delivered across two distinct but complementary days:
Day 1 - Thursday 3 September 2026Interactive workshops and cocktail evening
Day 1 is designed for a deep dive discussion, with interactive workshop sessions tackling key workplace challenges.
The afternoon will conclude with an exclusive cocktail evening overlooking the water at Jones Bay, featuring special guest speaker Nick McKenzie, an award-winning investigative journalist from The Age, Sydney Morning Herald and 60 Minutes, who will share insights from the 2024 Gold Walkley-winning investigation, “Building Bad”.

Hosted in the Ballroom at Doltone House Hyde Park, in the centre of Sydney’s CBD, Day 2 shifts to a full conference program, featuring keynote speakers, expert panels and live discussion exploring the broader legal, regulatory and economic forces shaping the future of work.
