Kate is a senior work health and safety lawyer.
With over ten years’ experience, Kate provides advice in relation to compliance, incident response and workplace investigations and regularly assists clients with regulator, union and stakeholder engagement. Her experience has been across a range of industries, particularly those with high risk, and throughout the harmonised jurisdictions, including the Commonwealth. Kate has managed disputes, prosecutions and work-related inquests and inquiries and is skilled at leading complex, sensitive and large-scale matters.
Outside of practice, Kate is a longstanding member of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS) and serves on the judging panel for the AIHS’s Australian Workplace Health and Safety Awards.
