Dylan is an experienced lawyer with a strong background in industrial and employment law. He has extensive experience in industrial and employment advice and litigation.
Dylan's practice spans public and private clients, with a speciality in dense regulatory environments and challenging negotiations. He has been involved in high profile minimum standards cases, enterprise bargaining and industrial action related disputes, industrial arbitrations, general protections and other civil penalty proceedings, unfair dismissals, common law claims and discriminations matters, including on appeal. He has appeared at conciliations and contested hearings at the Fair Work Commission.
Dylan also has over three years’ experience working as a judicial associate at the then Federal Circuit Court and the Fair Work Commission in Perth and Melbourne.
