Anastasia is particularly skilled in industrial relations and union engagement, having negotiated and drafted enterprise agreements in highly unionised environments and advised employers through bargaining, industrial disputes and complex workforce consultations. She also regularly represents employers in unfair dismissal, general protections and industrial dispute matters before the Fair Work Commission.
