Throughout his career, Martin has represented many clients in Courts and Tribunals in both the Federal and New South Wales jurisdictions, having appeared in countless unfair dismissal matters; post-employment restraint litigation proceedings; claims of adverse action; industrial disputes; discrimination claims; judicial review proceedings; applications for external review under privacy and freedom of information legislation; claims for equitable relief, and appellate work.
